My Creepy Flutter Cake

I did something that I rarely do anymore...I made a card with no reason and no purpose. I've had these creepy cake images since they released and I'm finally getting around to playing with them. I started with Unscripted Sketch #51, but it got a little altered to fit my stuff.

Paper: Basic Grey Eerie
Stamps: The Greeting Farm, sentiment is A muse
American Crafts Brads, Nestabilities, MS Butterfly Punches, Crystal Stickles, and Copics

So on Sunday, I started cleaning out my craft room. I am slowly getting ready to paint! :) And getting ready to add more storage for my room. I'm even considering putting another desk in there, lol, but we shall see. I want a computer...

I sorted through all my SU paper and took out all the colors that will be retiring. It was nice to take out most of my hiding In Color stash out, but I'm still sad Kiwi Kiss is not returning. I haven't sorted through my cardstock since I moved into the house and between CTMH, SU, and PTI, I have alot of cardstock! So how do you all feel about the new color system?

I hope you all have a wonderful day. Excited for Idol and Biggest Loser. My man needs to step it up, lol. Sam didn't lose any weight at all last week!

  6. LOL at the creepy cake description. It fits. LOL I am so glad you got a chance to create a card just for the fun of it, rather than to fulfill an obligation. I'm sure it felt good and it's gorgeous to boot!

Yay for you on working on your craft room. Hope you get to add some beautiful color! (wink, wink)

I hope Sam does better, too. He's getting to the point though, where it's harder for him being so close to goal weight. He's definitely got the right attitude.

I was looking at magazines yesterday and one of them had an update on three gals from BL, Ali, Helen and Tara. They all still look GREAT! They included tips from them on what is working for them. It's nice to see that they don't automatically gain a bunch of weight back after the show is over.

    Have a great day Sparkle!

I'm sure you have a lot of cardstock. Isn't it scary what we can accumulate?

  19. Great card! I'm pleased with the new colors except there isn't going to be a good "skin color" like blush blossom for when I make paper dolls..I'll figure something out though!

I need to clean out my craft room, too. I'm okay with the SU color changes. I agree, Kiwi Kiss should have stayed, but Wild Wasabi is pretty cool.
